Elston Hall Learning Trust is pleased to offer this programme to support newly appointed subject leaders in their early stages of leading a subject across a school, in order to continue to build on an excellent start to their career.
The programme will be led by experienced facilitators in their field and will be delivered to the group of newly appointed subject leaders collaboratively. Individuals enrolled onto this programme will work closely with experienced subject leaders on a 1:1 basis to ensure the support provided is tailored to the individual’s needs and field of learning.
