About the Course
Participants will focus on the English curriculum and audit the current use of technology across the subject in their school. They will undertake practical tasks to explore how technology can be used to enhance and extend learning opportunities. This will then lead to an English subject EdTech action plan that will underpin the remainder of the course. ​

This is a practical course providing hands on experiences to increase staff's confidence levels in supporting learners to use technology independently and collaboratively to aid learning, both inside and outside of the classroom. The main areas of focus will be using technology to enhance speaking and listening opportunities as well as enhancing publishing and presenting skills. This will be linked to a personal area of your school to providing learners with a real-life purpose. All coordinators will be given 12 month access to the online English Lead EdTech Community Hub.
